We have finally come to this point in our blog where I review writing it. I have in fact blogged before. My first blog was a theraputic blog while I went through having Hyperemesis Gravidarum during my pregnancy. I was unable to get out of my bed. It was in ways more of a rant then a well put together blog. It was more raw emotion mixed with some information. This experience was more of a informational blog. I wasn't trying to give people updates on my health or where I was. In this way I enjoyed this blog so much more. It was definitely a lot less emotionally taxing
Some benefits to using the blog site I chose was that it was VERY easy. I never had one problem uploading something. I never had any problems trying to figure out how to get a video to work or make it look pretty. This blog site was phenomenal and very easy.
I would use this in my classroom to relay information to my students and their family. I would use it to enhance lessons in the classroom. I may even use it in a flipped classroom scenario. If I was going to use it in a flipped classroom I would have it set up a bit differently though. I would have a more organized layout including objectives, goals and then dividing them based upon this.
The most difficult part is trying to maintain the language in the language that would be relatable to your students. Giving them information in a format they would understand. For example a 3rd grader may not be able to read the word "Photosynthesis" having the song on my site brought that word down to their level. If they only had text they may struggle with the reading.
I definitely think bringing othe
